| Born and raised in Burke, South Dakota, Becky A. Vogt graduated in 1999 from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2002, where she served as symposium editor for the South Dakota Law Review. While attending law school, Becky authored the law review article, "State v. Allison: Imprisonment for Debt in South Dakota".
Becky joined Costello Porter in 2005. Before joining the firm as an associate attorney, Becky clerked for the Honorable William E. Callahan, Jr. of the Eastern District of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Becky also practiced insurance defense at the law firm of Simpson & Deardorff, S.C., during her time in Milwaukee.
Becky is a licensed member of the South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming Bar Associations. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the West River Estate and Financial Planning Council. |
