Heather Lammers Bogard is on the Board of Directors for Mountain Plains II Homeowner's Association and is a member of the parenting committee with the Lawrence County Extension Office.

Behavior Management Systems, Inc. is a community mental health center that provides counseling and related services to the general public, as well as specific assistance for the business community. They have locations in Rapid City, Spearfish and Hot Springs.
