 | Bieri, Judy G | | Certified Paralegal | | Judy Bieri graduated from Stevens High School, Rapid City, South Dakota. While attending National College of Business in Rapid City, she worked at the Stanton Law firm. Upon obtaining her degree from National College, she moved to North Dakota where she worked for the Mountrail County States Attorney/Schulte and Enget Law Firm for 20 years. Judy attained her Certified Legal Assistant designation in 1987. Upon returning to the state of South Dakota, Judy began working for the Costello Porter Law Firm in 1994.
While working at the Costello Porter Law Firm, some of the areas Judy has worked in include: Architect and engineer contracts and litigation, commercial disputes and litigation, business law, construction contracts, construction liens, construction litigation and arbitration, estate contests, eminent domain, fire loss, personal injury/wrongful death, property development, and insurance defense.
Judy is a long-time member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, as well as the South Dakota Paralegal Association. |

 | Davis, McKenzie | | Certified Paralegal | | | McKenzie was raised on the Piper homestead in eastern South Dakota, and graduated from Huron High School. McKenzie attended National American University and has a degree in Paralegal Studies.
In 2007, McKenzie joined Costello Porter Law Firm. She has experience in many areas of the law including, but not limited to: adoption, business law, civil litigation, conservatorships, construction liens, corporate law, domestic relations, estate planning and probate, estate planning for the disabled, guardianships and real estate.

 | Kelner, Victoria L | | Certified Paralegal | | | Vikki Kelner was raised in an Air Force family. She graduated from Douglas High School, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. After attending National College in Rapid City, she began working for an in-house attorney at a large company. After several years, she went to work for the Pennington County State's Attorney's Office and was assigned to the juvenile and civil divisions. Vikki came to work at Costello Porter in 1994 and has assisted in cases involving insurance defense, products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, divorce, commercial disputes, and multi-district litigations.
Vikki attained her Professional Legal Secretary designation in March 1998, her Certified Legal Assistant designation in March 2000, and became one of only eight Civil Litigation Specialists in South Dakota in March 2002.
Vikki has been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and NALS for many years. She is married to Mike. They have three children between them. |
