Medical Records Law Seminar by Heather Lammers Bogard and Michaele Sanders Hofmann

On February 13, 2007, Heather Lammers Bogard and Michaele Sanders Hofmann are presenting a one-day seminar designed for medical records directors, health information directors, business managers, office managers, nurses, hospital administrators, compliance directors, social workers, release of records professionals and attorneys. The seminar will provide informational background with respect to South Dakota and federal laws relating to confidentiality of medical records, practical instruction and guidance for compliance of privacy standards in a practice setting, as well as recent developments with HIPAA.
