In a case tried by Don Porter to a jury in Rapid City, injury claims against a local construction company were dismissed after expert testimony on construction site safety and medical issues of CRPS failed to convince a jury that the construction company did anything wrong. The jury awarded nothing; plaintiff had asked for more than $500,000. A team effort as always, Porter was assisted by paralegal Jacci Nevin at trial; attorneys Ms. Pat Meyers; Mr. Steve Hoffman before trial; and Hannah Anderson on the case throughout.
