Heather Lammers Bogard Is Successful in Two Recent Jury Trials

Heather Lammers Bogard had success in two recent jury trials in Rapid City, South Dakota. In April of 2008, she defended a claim for personal injuries resulting from a car accident. The plaintiff requested a damage amount of six figures, but was awarded only $1,000.00. Earlier, in February 2008, Bogard defended a similar claim in which the jury awarded the plaintiff only her medical bills.
