Becky Vogt Receives a Defense Verdict

In June of 2007, Becky Vogt received a jury verdict on behalf of her client, who was the defendant. The plaintiff sued Ms. Vogt's client for breach of contract. The jury awarded the plaintiff nothing and found in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff then appealed the matter to the South Dakota Supreme Court. In April of 2008, a summary affirmance was issued by the South Dakota Supreme Court in favor of Ms. Vogt's client.
