Another Win for Heather Lammers Bogard

Plaintiff was involved in a low impact, rear-end collision in 2004 with our client. Plaintiff was also involved in six other car accidents from 2004-2008. For injuries from our 2004 collision, Plaintiff claimed a cervical strain, low back strain, PTSD, closed head injury, and incontinence. Plaintiff's expert testified that Plaintiff could no longer work as a paralegal and was, therefore losing up to $43,000 per year in income. The expert for Ms. Bogard's client testified that Plaintiff suffered only an exacerbation of a neck strain that resolved and nothing else. Another expert for Ms. Bogard's client testified that Plaintiff can work as a paralegal and, in fact, did work as a paralegal for two years following the 2004 accident. The jury returned a zero verdict in favor of the Defendant.
