announce effective January 1, 2006 Jess M. Pekarski is a junior partner in the firm. Jess graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2002, and joined Costello Porter Law Firm thereafter. He primarily practices in the areas of private client services including estate planning, real estate, and commercial transactions.
