New Senior Partner

Costello, Porter, Hill, Heisterkamp, Bushnell, & Carpenter LLP is pleased to announce effective January 1, 2009, a new senior partner, Jess Pekarski. Jess graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2002. He primarily practices in the areas of closely held businesses, commercial transactions and securities, estate planning, health care, and real estate.
